There is a huge possibility that Sam Wilson will finally take on the Captain America mantle in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. So where does that leave Bucky Barnes? Interestingly, Sebastian Stan may have revealed that the former assassin will be making use of his connections with Wakanda.

The graffiti clearly shows the words "White Wolf" which was what the kids in Wakanda were calling Bucky in the post-credits sequence of Black Panther. It's an interesting title that immediately had Marvel fans getting excited about Bucky possibly becoming MCU's White Wolf.

In the comic books, White Wolf is actually a man named Hunter. He becomes the adopted brother of T'Challa after his parents died in a plane crash close to Wakanda. White Wolf eventually becomes one of Wakanda's strongest defenders and it would be interesting to see how this will be played off in the MCU.

For now, there is no confirmation yet on whether Bucky will become White Wolf in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Nevertheless, we wouldn't be surprised if this happens in the highly anticipated Disney+ series.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier also stars Anthony Mackie, Daniel Bruhl, Emily VanCamp, and Wyatt Russell. Although there hasn't been an official release date for the upcoming Marvel series, it is expected to air on Disney+ by August this year.
