Samuel L Jackson is certainly having the time of his life. The Avengers: Infinity War star is currently in the UK to shoot for Spider-Man: Far From Home but he is also enjoying some time with the Amazons of Wonder Woman 1984.
Jackson has just posted an awesome photo on his Instagram account confirming that he has met a few of the actresses who play the Amazons in the highly anticipated DC Extended Universe sequel. Check out his cheeky post below.
"Fury and the Amazons" certainly sounds like an amazing Marvel/DC crossover. Nick Fury would certainly appreciate the women's flawless battle strategies and might even want to recruit them to SHIELD. Likewise, the warriors of Themyscira could think highly of Fury for his own tactics.
Wonder Woman 1984 is currently being filmed in the UK. Jackson's photo may have confirmed that the Amazons will play a major role in the movie. After all, Robin Wright has previously admitted that she will be shooting a flashback sequence for the sequel. This could mean we'll be seeing Diana Prince's Themysciran sisters next year.
Jackson will be returning as Fury in Spider-Man: Far From Home, which will also feature his Marvel co-star Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill. Although the two characters were killed off in Infinity War, they will be back to keep a close eye on Peter Parker as he takes a trip across Europe.
Wonder Woman 1984 will premiere on November 1, 2019. Spider-Man: Far From Home is scheduled for release on July 5, 2019.
