We're still over a year away from the release of Marvel Studios' Deadpool 3 but there's no denying that out of all the upcoming offerings from the Multiverse Saga, the Merc with the Mouth's Marvel Cinematic Universe takeover is the one generating the most hype.
Of course, a lot of it has something to do with Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine, six years after he ended his historic X-Men tenure. Now, it looks like we're getting a completely different Logan for his highly anticipated MCU debut.
Deadpool 3: Hugh Jackman's Comic-Accurate Wolverine Costume Finally Revealed
For years, fans have been clamoring to see Jackman sport Logan's iconic costume from the comics. While it was initially teased in 2013's The Wolverine complete with his cowl, Fox bafflingly didn't pull the trigger and up until his final FoxVerse appearance, we never saw Jackman don the fan-favorite mutant's costume.
That changes because at long last, Marvel Studios is granting the collective request of the Marvel fandom by giving Jackman a comic-accurate look for his MCU debut. On Instagram, Reynolds shared an epic image of Wade Wilson and Logan side-by-side wearing their costumes.
Simply captioned "don't blink", the post is already spreading like wildfire all over social media, and for good reason. Intriguingly though, Jackman doesn't seem to be wearing Wolverine's cowl but we'd like to assume that they're saving the epic reveal for when the film hit cinemas. Check it out here:

It's been a long time coming for Marvel fans across the globe but as the old saying goes, it's still better late than never. As it stands, key details about Deadpool 3 remain scarce but judging by the stuff we've seen so far, it looks like the film will surpass what the first two Deadpool films were able to accomplish.
Deadpool 3's release date has been moved up from Nov. 8, 2024, to May 3, 2024.
