Ryan Reynolds Trolls Hugh Jackman Yet Again On National Best Friends Day

Happy National Best Friends Day! It's that time of the year when you celebrate your relationship with your closest friend and Ryan Reynolds clearly wants Hugh Jackman to know that he is truly special to the Deadpool star. Or not.

Reynolds took to his official Instagram account to share photos of himself and the Logan actor. However, the caption doesn't really say anything about Jackman. Check it out below.

"Happy #BestFriendsDay to Jake Gyllenhaal! (Not pictured)," Reynolds wrote.

There's a good reason why Reynolds posted a shoutout to the Spider-Man: Far From Home star. After all, Gyllenhaal and Jackman managed to get the Deadpool 2 actor to wear an ugly Christmas sweater when they invited him to a "sweater party" back in December. Perhaps Reynolds has already forgiven Gyllenhaal but not Jackman.

Obviously, there's no bad blood here. It's just a great reminder of the awesome friendship between Reynolds and Jackman. We're just waiting for the Greatest Showman actor to troll his X-Men Origins: Wolverine co-star in retaliation.

Reynolds is currently riding high on the success of his latest film Pokemon: Detective Pikachu. However, it looks like he already has his next project lined up. It was previously reported that Reynolds will appear in the Fast and the Furious spin-off film Hobbs & Shaw starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. Reynolds will reportedly play a CIA agent to calls on Johnson's character to help him take down Idris Elba's villainous Brixton Lore.
