Rocksteady's Suicide Squad Game Gets an Official Title and It's Bad News for the Justice League

Rocksteady's Suicide Squad game has a lot of people excited and it got fans talking when the first teaser, which was literally Superman with a target on his back, was revealed. It seems like that wasn't just clickbait since DC Fandomereleased their show schedule, which revealed that the Suicide Squad game's title is actually Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.

Let's repeat that for those in the back; Suicide Squad: KILL THE JUSTICE LEAGUE. It looks like Superman won't be the group's only target if this title is any indication.

Before we start making jokes about how the Justice League would realistically decimate the Suicide Squad without many problems (they can barely beat Batman), we don't even know who's in the game's group yet. Still, even if they have some powerful villains, having them kill the likes of Superman, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman is going to be troublesome, at the very least.

We're still waiting for more details but this is definitely going to make for a unique game since players will control DC villains and fight beloved heroes. Granted, the crack on Superman's face in that teaser could mean he's mind-controlled but if Rocksteady is actually going to kill members of this group, that's going to be really interesting.

I mean, they killed Joker in Batman: Arkham City. They can almost do anything if that was somehow approved.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will be shown on DC Universe on Aug. 22.
