Ray Fisher stated that he will not take part in any projects from Warner Bros. He specifically stated that he will not be associated with any project connected to current DC Films President Walter Hamada. This would mean that even if he is offered to play as Cyborg once again, he won't take the deal.
According to Fisher, Hamada is an enabler. The actor wrote on Twitter, Walter Hamada is the most dangerous kind of enabler. His lies, and WB PR's failed Sept 4th hit-piece, sought to undermine the very real issues of the Justice League investigation. I will not participate in any production associated with him. A>E." His tweet seems to be a response to Hamada's interview with The New York Times, regarding the upcoming plans of releasing up to six DC films per year.
This will be the first time that Fisher publicly called out Hamada. The actor previously accused Joss Whedon of being abusive on-set during his time on Justice League. Aside from Whedon, Fisher also claimed that former DC Entertainment President Geoff Johns and producer Jon Berg enabled Whedon's abusive behavior.
He also responded to the results of WarnerMedia's investigation in the allegations in an excerpt that states, "WarnerMedia appreciates you having the courage to come forward and assist the company with creating an inclusive and equitable work environment for its employees and partners."
In the interview, Hamada revealed that starting in 2022, the Warner Bros. division for DC will release up to six movies. The most expensive movies will be released in the theaters, while the additional two films that may serve as spin-offs will be added to HBO Max. The feature on the DC Films President also stated that Zack Snyder's Justice League will not lead to any future spinoffs.
Meanwhile, Justice League Snyder Cut will be released on March 2021, on HBO Max.
