Rain returns on the small screen as the host of the Street Man Fighter prequel Be Mbitious on Mnet.
Mbitious will be another dance competition program that will lead up to the release of Street Man Fighter this summer. By the looks of it, fans will once again see the grooves and moves that only Rain can deliver.
Rain Returns on TV in Be Mbitious
AllKpop noted the network previously announced that the show would give dancers who are not part of an active dance crew a chance to compete on Street Man Fighter.
Aside from Rain, viewers will also see other famous personalities in the series. But instead of being part of the main cast, they will be the contenders.
Solo dancers, K-pop idols, well-known photographers and other competitive dancers who have joined global competitions and earned medals are expected to join the series. They will be auditioning for a spot in an impromptu dance crew formed through the show.
Rain will be hosting the upcoming auditions. With his great talent and skills, he is expected to exude his professionalism as the audition host and mentor for the dancers competing in the program.
Be Mbitious will premiere on May 24.
The Return of Rain on the Limelight
Rain has been hinting at his return to the limelight as of late. Recently, he posted photos on Instagram and wrote a cryptic message, saying, “I should start easing myself into singing.”
He was striking a pose in the accompanied snaps before preparing for a stage performance. Aside from fans, even his celebrity friends get excited about his return.
Actress Honey Lee and entertainer Rob Hong Chul urged him more to make a comeback.

Meanwhile, aside from being a singer and dancer, he’s also known for being a great actor.
He has starred in several hit K-dramas. He also has a YouTube channel and in one of his videos, he revealed his wife, Kim Tae Hee, is his first love.
“It’s the person I live with right now,” he told Yujin when asked about his first love, per Cosmo PH. “From the moment I was born, I think I knew I was going to be with her.”
Before the couple tied the knot in 2017, the Ghost Doctor star revealed he chased after the now-42-year-old actress.
She first thought she was a playboy, making romantic gestures to other girls.

“During those times, she hurt me so much that I had to put a bandage on my heart," Rain said in an episode of Netflix's The Hungry and The Hairy.
But Rain was persistent. He was determined to have her love even after rejecting him five times. Fortunately, after he got completely honest with his past, Kim Tae Hee started to open up her heart.
Now, the two are five years married and share two kids.
