Queen Elizabeth rarely talked about her family’s issues. Queen Elizabeth Complained About Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Megxit To Her Friend
In Katie Nicholl’s book The New Royals: Queen Elizabeth’s Legacy and the Future of the Crown, the royal author shared details from the queen’s conversation with one of her friends. Prince Harry Released A Statement Following Queen Elizabeth’s Death
In his lengthy statement after the queen’s passing, Prince Harry revealed that one of the things that he will remember his grandmother by are the moments and hugs she shared with Archie and Lilibet.
“Granny, while this final parting brings us great sadness, I am forever grateful for all of our first meetings — from my earliest childhood memories with you, to meeting you for the first time as my commander-in-chief, to the first moment you met my darling wife and hugged your beloved great-grandchildren. I cherish these times shared with you, and the many other special moments in between. You are already sorely missed,” Prince Harry said.
Unfortunately, the two youngsters will not be able to make any more memories with their great-grandmother after she passed away on Sept. 8 at the age of 96.
