Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry have reportedly maintained a close relationship since the untimely death of Princess Diana in 1997. However, things allegedly changed a bit when the younger brother of Prince William decided to leave the royal life for good and flew off to the United States with Meghan Markle and Archie in 2020.

There were even reports saying that Queen Elizabeth was heartbroken after she learned about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to split with the royal family. Other theories even suggested that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are likely to reveal shocking details about the royal family and information that are hidden behind the palace doors through bombshell books and interviews.

However, royal experts recently claimed that Queen Elizabeth wrecked the potential bombshells of Prince Harry in his upcoming autobiography. Keep on reading to know more details.

Queen Elizabeth’s Intervention Rendered Prince Harry’s Potential Future Bombshells Irrelevant?

Daily Mail Diary editor Richard Eden stated that the shocking announcement of Queen Elizabeth during the kick-off of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations “scuppered the impact” of any royal revelations of Prince Harry’s forthcoming autobiography. Most, if not all, royal followers are aware that the Duke of Sussex was prospected to reveal his thoughts on Camilla Parker-Bowles in his imminent book.

However, Queen Elizabeth’s statement about the second wife of Prince Charles getting the “Queen Consort” title once the duke becomes king reportedly rendered anything Prince Harry could say as moot. Talking to MailPlus’ Palace Confidential host Jo Elvin, Richard Eden said:

"Yes, any resistance to Camilla becoming queen has dissipated thanks to this announcement. Most people think if it's good enough to the Queen, it's good enough to me. Now with Harry, it doesn’t really matter. In the book, there will be revelations, it’s all going to be about his feelings about his parent's marriage and how that affected him, and it is going to drag it all up again. But I think this announcement by the Queen means that it is kind of by the by, it won’t have any great impact."

Express UK reported Queen Elizabeth appears to have headed off any complications revealed in Prince Harry’s upcoming autobiography. Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles, for their part, were reportedly “touched and honored” with the gesture from Her Majesty.

Daily Mail royal correspondent Rebecca English stated that Prince William was generally “supportive” of Camilla Parker-Bowles’ promotion, saying:

“It’s a very difficult situation for him. It’s really conflicting because of everything that has gone on in the past. But he respects his grandmother’s and his father’s judgment and if that’s what they want to do, then he will accept and support that."

Amid his strained relationship with the rest of the royal family members, Prince Harry is said to return to the U.K. to grace the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of Queen Elizabeth in June. It remains to be seen, however, if Meghan Markle, Archie, and Lilibet would be able to join the Duke of Sussex, especially since Harry is not allowed to pay for their own security team when in Britain.

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry have yet to comment on Richard Eden’s latest statements.

Queen Elizabeth Knows All About The Coronation Of Prince Charles?

Meanwhile, other reports claimed that Queen Elizabeth knows all the changes to be done for the coronation of her son, Prince Charles. Royal expert Angela Levin, on social media, said:

"Does the Queen know all about the changes for Prince Charles' coronation? Surely it's unkind to bring it out now."

The most recent statement of Angela Levin came days after Queen Elizabeth confirmed that Camilla Parker-Bowles, who is also the current Duchess of Cornwall, would be called “Queen Consort” should Prince Charles finally becomes the king of the U.K.

Since Queen Elizabeth made the announcement during the official opening of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations last week, the British media have been discussing the changes that are likely to take place when Prince Charles takes over the throne from the present monarch. They have also discussed the possible impacts of Charles’ accession to the throne.

Royal insiders, as per Express UK, claimed that Prince Charles is planning to have a smaller ceremony than the previous coronations.

An unnamed source even told Mail on Sunday that:

“It will be a slimmed-down Monarchy on display throughout. I wouldn't be surprised to see just Charles and Camilla, Kate and William and their children on the Buckingham Palace balcony afterwards.”

The insider furthered that the coronation of Queen Elizabeth’s son would be “shorter, sooner, smaller, less expensive and more representative of different community groups and faiths” compared to Her Majesty’s coronation in 1953. The ceremony would also happen within a year of his accession to the throne unlike Queen Elizabeth’s that took place 16 months after.

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles have yet to confirm these reports about the latter’s supposed coronation. So, avid followers of the royal family should take all these unverified claims with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.
