Royal expert Robert Lacey claimed that Prince William and Prince Harry got “sick” of Prince Charles as he advocated for Camilla Parker-Bowles to become Queen consort.

Speaking to Newsweek, he stated:

“Privately I discovered both brothers are absolutely sick to the back teeth of Charles trying to negotiate full Queen status for Camilla."

Newsweek also quoted a YouGov poll that showed only 13 percent of people in Britain would want Camilla Parker-Bowles to become Queen consort once Prince Charles takes over the throne from Queen Elizabeth. About 41 percent of the respondents, on the other hand, want the Duchess of Cornwall to be Princess consort.

The said Instagram post had a caption saying:

"On the eve of the 70th anniversary of her Accession to the throne, The Queen has written a message thanking the public and her family for their support, and looking forward to Platinum Jubilee celebrations over the coming year.
