Prince Harry announced his memoir last year, and he had already finished it. Despite rumors that it will be pushed back, the explosive tell-all will be out later this year and could be marketed as a gift for Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays.
Prince Harry Reportedly Done With Anticipated Memoir
The Duke of Sussex worked with ghostwriter JR Moehringer for the manuscript of his memoir earlier this summer. An anonymous source confirmed that Prince Harry had already finished, and it would be out later this year.
"The manuscript has been finished and gone through all of the legal processes," a source told The Sun. "It’s done and out of Harry’s hands."
The source added, "The publishing date has been pushed back once but it is on track for the end of the year."
Prince Harry's Memoir Sparked Fears It Will Blast Stepmom Camilla Parker-Bowles
Prince Harry has been very vocal about his love for his late mother, Princess Diana and the pain he went through after losing her. According to The Sun, Prince William's brother has been researching about his mother's life. And insiders are worried that he will blast Duchess Camilla, who has been named as future Queen Consort by his grandmother Queen Elizabeth earlier this year.
British journalist Phil Dampier — author of several books on the royal family, including Royally Suited: Harry and Meghan in Their Own Words — was among those who believed that Prince Harry could target Camilla in his book. According to him, there are fears that he still hasn't forgiven Camilla.
"Harry and William were equally devastated by their parents' divorce and Diana's death," Dampier told New Idea. "The fear is that deep down Harry has never truly forgiven [Camilla] for being Charles' mistress and then wife."
He added, "As he grows older, Harry seems to see himself as his mum's defender. I'm sure he will settle a lot of old scores in the book."
The royal expert believed that Prince Harry should just stick to praising his mom in his tome and leave direct criticisms against Camilla. He believed that the book would not help his relationship with his father, Prince Charles, and brother Prince William.

"Camilla is quite a strong character and took a lot of stick for many years but has got through it. However, the book will not help matters with his father and brother," the royal commentator continued.
Meanwhile, another source told Page Six that the book contains new stories about Prince Harry's past, including his childhood. The same source warned that "there is some content in there that should make his family nervous."
