Prince Harry has said a number of damaging things about his older brother, Prince William. But during his recent interview with Tom Bradby, the Duke of Sussex made sure to reminisce on the good times that they shared, especially while they were growing up.
Archie And Lilibet's Relationship Reminds Prince Harry Of His Bond With Prince William Growing Up?
During his interview with ITV News, Prince Harry compared his relationship with Prince William growing up with the dynamics of his kids, Archie and Lilibet, with each other. He said that his children remind him of what it was like growing up with the Prince of Wales.
"The gap between me and William is very similar to Archie and Lili. To see Lili obsessed with Archie and Archie like 'No, no Lili, I need my space, I need my space' — now I get it. I get how irritating the younger sibling can be to the older sibling. But at the moment, at the time, I didn't really grasp that I didn't really realize it," he said (via Good Housekeeping).

Prince Harry Admits He And Prince William Had Sibling Rivalry Growing Up?
Prince Harry also admitted that the concept of sibling rivalry is only now becoming real to him because of Archie and Lilibet.
"I think [it] will really surprise people, the fact that we grew up ... I mean our mother was dressing us in the same clothes to start with. William didn't like that, I think I seem to remember I found it quite funny ... But the older, younger sort of sibling rivalry as such, now is only really becoming real to me," he said.
Prince Harry also said that when he transferred to Eton, he was hoping to forge a bond with Prince William. But as the older sibling, he didn't want to have anything to do with him. The Duke of Sussex said that hurt at the time.
Prince Harry Wants Archie And Lilibet To Have A Relationship With The Royal Family?
But even though Prince Harry sees his relationship with Prince William in Archie and Lilibet, this is not to say that the kids are in contact with their uncle. Meghan Markle's husband told Anderson Cooper in 60 Minutes that he has not been in contact with Prince William and King Charles for quite some time.
And while speaking with People, Prince Harry said that his kids have a relationship with some members of the royal family. But he wants Archie and Lilibet to share a bond with everyone.
"I've said before that I've wanted a family, not an institution — so of course, I would love nothing more than for our children to have relationships with members of my family, and they do with some, which brings me great joy. I want people to read my memoir and come to their own conclusions — I don't want to tell anyone what to think of it and that includes my family. This book and its truths are in many ways a continuation of my own mental health journey. It's a raw account of my life— the good, the bad, and everything in between," he said.
