Now that we've seen the first batch of Magic: The Gathering cards from the Week of Metal sneak peek of the upcoming Norse mythology-inspired set, Kaldheim, fans will have to wait until January 7 before Wizards of the Coast officially reveals more cards, but some cards have potentially been leaked on Reddit, and one of them features the possible return of a villainous planeswalker originally introduced in 2019's Throne of Eldraine, Oko!
A Reddit thread shared three potential MTG cards from Kaldheim, and the source reportedly has a solid history of confirmed leaks. There are a total of three cards leaked in this post, and one of them is Oko, Winter's Liege.
Oko, Winter's Liege 3GU Legendary Planeswalker-Oko +1: Create a 3/3 green Elk snow creature token. -2: Scry X, where X is the number of snow permanents you control. Draw a card. -7: Gain control of up to X target nonland permanents, where X is the number of snow permanents you control. Each of those permanents that are creatures gain haste.
This new Oko has similar abilities as the first Oko card from Throne of Eldraine but as a five-mana cost Planeswalker card, it looks more balanced than the overpowered original version. If true, this confirms the return of the snow mechanic. Kaldheim is a Viking world known for its cold and icy regions, and Wizards of the Coast has already released art depicting the set's plane, so the return of this mechanic wouldn't be surprising.
In addition to Oko, one MDFC (Modal Double-Faced Card) was leaked: Glimpse of Glory // Patch of Sacrifice. The front side is a Sorcery, and the back is a legendary Equipment.

Wizards and the metal band Amon Amarth officially revealed the first MDFC Kaldheim card with a Legendary Equipment on the back side, so it looks like Kaldheim will feature multiple MDFCs like this.
The last card leaked in this post is a legendary Elder Squirrel that can gain indestructible if you sacrifice a Forest, and if that Forest is a snow permanent, each snow creature you control gets +2 +2.
Skatharvosk, Root-gnawer 1BGR Legendary Creature-Elder Squirrel Sacrifice a Forest: Untap ~. It gains indestructible until end of turn. If that Forest was a snow permanent, ~ and each snow creature you control gets +2/+2 until end of turn. 3/3
WotC already revealed a legendary Squirrel card from Kaldheim last week, so it's possible that we'll see multiple squirrel cards in the set.
