Sony has officially revealed the new lineup of free games that would come to PlayStation Plus in March 2022. The company’s official announcement came just days after a leak revealed two of the three suspected free games to be made available in the subscription service next month.

The three free games would be appearing across both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Additionally, these titles would be available starting Tuesday, March 1. Keep on reading to know more details.

PlayStation Plus Free Games For March 2022 Revealed

The four new games that are coming to PlayStation Plus in March 2022 are Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, Team Sonic Racing, Ark: Survival Evolved, and Ghostrunner. Reports have it that Ark: Survival Evolved and Team Sonic Racing would make up the two PlayStation 4 titles that players are used to seeing arrive on the subscription service.

Ghostrunner would solely be available on PlayStation 5 while Ghost of Tsushima: Legends would arrive across PS5 and PlayStation 4. Luckily for gaming enthusiasts, the company decided to add one more game to the March 2022 lineup and that is Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.

On Thursday, the PlayStationGrenade YouTube channel also listed GTA Online as one of the games to be made available in PlayStation Plus this month. It is said to be released on March 15, 2022.

Getting To Know The PlayStation Plus Games For March 2022

For starters, Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is the multiplayer component of Sony’s popular third-person action game. Even though Legends is part of the larger Ghost of Tsushima package, it would be available on its own via the PlayStation Plus next week.

Ark: Survival Evolved is a survival game set on a remote island where numerous prehistoric animals and gigantic dinosaurs live. Some other players are also said to be living on the said island, which poses a bigger threat to the players.

As for Team Sonic Racing, it is a kart racing game that was launched in 2019. The game features a total of 15 playable characters from Sonic history and is dubbed as the Sega-themed version of Mario Kart.

Ghostrunner, for its part, is a fast-paced action game that follows the platers in the shoes of a character named Jack, who needs to survive perilous cyberpunk areas while battling against his enemies and solving platform puzzles.

Lastly, GTA Online is an online multiplayer action-adventure game released on Oct. 1, 2013. The said game is developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games.
