PlayStation Now Brings 13 New Games for Shocktober


October marks Halloween at the end of the month. PlayStation is looking to bring the spooks via the PlayStation Now service.

Announced over the PlayStation Blog, Sony is bringing a full month off Halloween treats thanks to some new games up for grabs on the PS Now service for Shocktober.

"We've got a great line-up of thirteen freshly-added games this month… along with our existing catalogue of blood-curling survival horror classics and edge-of-your-seat action titles."

Of course, as the name suggests, it's not just about the idea of an October Halloween. Those who don't want to get too scared can still enjoy the Shocktober offers, which includes games like The Witch and the Hundred Knight and Ghostbusters Sanctum of Slime as the lesser of scarier evils.

The full list of the 13 games for Shocktober are as follows:

> Castlevania Harmony of Despair (new)
> Silent Hill HD Collection (new)
> The Darkness (new)
> Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City (new)
> House of the Dead 3 (new)
> House of the Dead 4 (new)
> The House of the Dead Overkill Extended Cut (new)
> The Witch and the Hundred Knight (new)
> Ghostbusters Sanctum of Slime (new)
> Deception: Nightmare Princess IV (new)
> Bladestorm: Nightmare (new)
> Burn Zombie Burn: The Diarrhea Bundle (new)
> Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed (new)

Currently, there are over 400 games available on the PlayStation Now. The seven-day free trial offer is still available in the service, for those who want to check out the service before diving in.
