What Happened in Peacemaker Episode 5?
In Peacemaker Episode 5, Monkey Dory, Auggie proceeds to tell Detective Song that he is innocent and that the one who committed the crime is his son, Chris, and she went on to conduct her own investigation. Murn tells the team about the butterflies and an associate, Caspar Locke, focuses on the situation with Auggie. Smith and company arrived at the factory and they discovered that the employees are all butterflies, even the gorilla, Charlie.
While the team managed to take down the butterflies, they weren’t able to escape the wrath of Charlie. Economos saves the day by killing Charlie with a chainsaw and Peacemaker was in awe that Economos finally earned his respect. Locke looks into Song’s investigation by being the new police captain and Auggie’s appeal was denied. Song countered it by a request to her uncle who is a judge.
Peacemaker tells Adebayo that he invites her for a drink in his home and Adebayo then plants a fake diary in the home of Peacemaker under the request of her mother, Waller. When she used the x-ray helmet of Peacemaker when Adebayo returned to the office, she saw the true nature of Murn and she attempted to run but was captured.
