Paul Bettany's Kids Believe Vision is 'The Worst' Avenger

Starting off as an Artificial Intelligence JARVIS for Iron Man, Paul Bettany officially debuted in 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron when JARVIS finally had the chance to transfer to a synthetic body that controls the mind stone.

Ever since JARVIS's transformation to Vision, the character has become a prominent side character in the MCU after appearing in several projects throughout the Infinity Saga. Because of that, Vision is now one of our favorite Avengers, but apparently, not for Bettany's kids.

Bettany's Vision was last seen in the Disney+ series WandaVision, alongside another MCU vet Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch. Unfortunately, just when we thought WandaVision would give viewers a chance to see Vision's resurrection after being conquered by the Mad Titan in Avengers: Endgame, Vision had even faced a more miserable fate.

After being brought back by Wanda's hex, Vision officially had to say goodbye to Wanda to mainly save the people of Westview from Wanda’s spell. However, Vision is still alive in some capacity, after his alternate version White Vision regained all his original memories.

Bettany has indeed proven himself to be worthy of the Avenger title, but his kids think otherwise.

In a recent interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Vision actor Paul Bettany was asked if his kids thought it was cool that their dad is an Avenger. Although Bettany's kids seem to be proud of their dad being in the coolest franchise of our generation today, the actor noted how his kids torture him with it.

Bettany told the audience how his kids changed his Disney+ avatar with a picture of Vision with the caption "Worst Avenger," for which Meyers then provided photographic proof.

Bettany explained, "Yes, but they torture me with it. My daughter has moved through all the different Avengers as her favorite. It's never, never me. And, actually, just recently, I turned on - I wanted to watch Moon Knight, which is fantastic. And I tried to log in to my Disney+ account, and they had edited my profile."

Despite lifting Thor's infamous hammer, which clearly indicates that Vision is worthy enough of the Avengers title, Bettany's kids obviously think differently. Although it's understandable how his kids don't appreciate more of Vision's character, as the character stems from his A.I. roots, which points out why the character is not laid back as much as hilarious characters like Thor and Tony Stark.

Vision's death in WandaVision doesn't rule out the possibilities of his return, especially after White Vision's location remains unknown after gaining Vision's original memories, so sort of, the character is still alive. While it's hard to distinguish yet how the character will come back, the Armor Wars series would certainly make sense, as the character has past connections with Iron Man.
