One Piece: Red is looming in the horizon and the original manga series of Eiichiro Oda will be having another movie. With the anime also keeping up with the pace, the title continues to draw fans in and keep them interested. The film just release new designs for the Straw Hat pirates and the characters look amazing!
A new film for One Piece is coming and the character designs just got released teasing how the Straw Hat pirates would look like in the upcoming movie One Piece: Red. Creator Eiichiro Oda will be the creative producer of the movie and he recently shared the new designs on the official Twitter page of the film.
One Piece: Red details remain in the shadows but it promises more to the story of the Straw hat pirates as a new addition to the franchise is expected to arrive. Shanks is teased to get a major role in the movie and Eiichiro Oda personally requested that the major role would be a female lead which means that other than the recurring characters, a new player comes into the game.

One Piece is a Japanese manga series by Eiichiro Oda. It was first released in July 1997 and it is currently published on Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump, and on Viz Media. It follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates as they look for the fabled treasure known as the “One Piece” which would give Luffy the title of the King of the Pirates.
One Piece: Red is expected for a release in Japan on August 6, 2022. There is no confirmation yet whether the film will be out internationally or when will it come out in theaters. With delays happening on Toei Animation, the movie has yet to announce whether the production will be affected and would have its release date pushed back.
