Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Set Photo Confirms Return to Familiar Star Wars Home

There is little doubt that we'll be seeing more of Tatooine in the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series. After all, the Star Wars show is set to follow the Jedi after he decided to live as a hermit on the planet. So it's no surprise that the latest set photos offer a glimpse at a home we have seen several times before.

The Obi-Wan series has been in production for some time and fans have been seeing leaks from the set for the past few weeks. So far, we have yet to see any of the main cast members like Ewan McGregor but now, we can confirm that we'll be getting another look at the place where it all started.

The new set photos appear to feature the Lars homestead. This is where Luke Skywalker grew up while Obi-Wan watched over him from a distance. Check it out here.

We first got to see the Lars homestead in A New Hope but the place was only seen briefly in the movie. On the other hand, it was featured greatly in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones when Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala went back to Tatooine. Since we already know that Owen and Beru Lars will be in the Obi-Wan series, it only makes sense that the homestead will appear yet again in the show.

It's great to see that we will see the Lars homestead again since it means we might get a glimpse at the young Luke. However, Luke's appearance has not yet been confirmed so it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
