Nova is confirmed to be getting his own project in the MCU according to a recent interview with a Marvel Studios executive.
For years, fans have been clamoring for Richard Rider/Nova to finally make his MCU debut and become a major superhero in the franchise alongside the other fan-favorite superheroes.
A while ago, it was reported that Marvel Studios is now working on a Nova project with Moon Knight writer Sabir Pirzada attached. However, the studio did not confirm the report during that time.

Nova MCU Project is in the Works at Marvel Studios
In an interview with ComicBook.com, Marvel Studios' head of streaming, animation, and television Brad Winderbaum confirmed that a Nova project is in early development as part of the MCU.
"We love Nova. We are in really early development on Nova," he revealed.
Winderbaum explained that they are developing a lot of projects at the moment including Nova due to changes in their strategy.
"We have a new system behind the scenes at Marvel Studios. We're more like a traditional studio now. We're developing more than we actually will produce," he said.
"There are plans to develop Nova. I love Nova, too. I love Rich Rider, too. I hope it gets to the screen. The world is always chaos. There's always things. You gotta conjure these things to make them happen but I would love to see a Nova show, one day."
This is exciting news for Marvel fans who have been clamoring to see Nova finally arrive in the MCU since it looks like we are one step closer to seeing it become a reality.
However, the project is still in development and there is a possibility that it might not happen at all as they might experience a setback that will prevent Nova's MCU debut from happening.
Since Marvel Studios has tons of projects in the works at the moment, it might take a while before we will see it happen and learn more news about Nova's long-awaited MCU debut.

Marvel
