Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is right around the corner, and while we have been teased on the central storyline featuring even more Spider-Man variants joining Miles Morales in this sequel, a new rumor sheds light on the possibility that Miles and Spider-Gwen will be meeting the three Spider-Men from the MCU!
Ever since the Multiverse Saga began in the MCU, the classic heroes are slowly merging with the existing ones, most prominently (and iconically) in Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield's Peter Parkers banded together to defeat Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and many other multiverse archnemesis we've previously seen them battle in their own universe.
Now, reliable scooper Daniel RPK has recently cryptically teased MCU fans that we'll be seeing Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield “next week”, which could also indicate one other thing: it is possible that a new trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will be coming out next week, too. It is important to take this with a grain of salt, especially given that neither Marvel Studios nor Sony have confirmed yet another multiverse collab in the animation world. However, RPK did previously inform fans of the trio uniting initially before Spider-Man: No Way Home, which came to fruition as soon as it came out on the big screens.
As for another potential collab of the trio, this time with Miles Morales in his own universe (or in another, perhaps), it is worth mentioning that Tom Holland has long been rumored to eventually join the Sony Spider-Verse, especially since he has already made his appearance in Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and with Venom “accidentally” leaving a goop of himself after disappearing from the MCU.
