New Stranger Things Season 3 Trailer Teases A Dangerous Threat

Netflix has released the final trailer for Stranger Things Season 3, and it teases the major threat that the town of Hawkins, Indiana will be facing in the upcoming season. Watch the trailer above.

The highly-anticipated season is set to premiere on Netflix on July 4. Despite Eleven sealing the door to the Upside Down at the end of Season 2, it seems that the Mind Flayer's presence still lingers in their world, and it looks like he's affected Max's older brother Billy, who appears to play a larger role in Season 3. There's also the threat of the EPA.

Here's the official synopsis of Stranger Things Season 3:

It's 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, and summer's heating up. School's out, there's a brand new mall in town, and the Hawkins crew are on the cusp of adulthood. Romance blossoms and complicates the group's dynamic, and they'll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart. Meanwhile, danger looms. When the town's threatened by enemies old and new, Eleven and her friends are reminded that evil never ends; it evolves. Now they'll have to band together to survive, and remember that friendship is always stronger than fear.

Stranger Things Season 3 is set to premiere on July 4.
