New Obi-Wan Kenobi Leaks Reveal Storyline Details About the Series

Lucasfilm might be working on a live-action Obi-Wan Kenobi series for Disney+, however, the studio hasn't released that many details about the project.

Luckily, while we wait for Lucasfilm to provide an official description of the series, rumors going around online seem to hint at the original storyline for Obi-Wan Kenobi. According to a report by The Illuminerdi, the original concept for the upcoming Ob-Wan Kenobi live-action series seemingly confirms the Tuskan Raiders taking on a major role in the storyline of the project.

Confirmed to take place somewhere between the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: A New Hope, the Obi-Wan Kenobi series is supposed to feature everyone's Jedi Knight adjusting to life after the rise of the Empire. When fans first met Obi-Wan in A New Hope, old Ben faced Tuskan raiders and shared insight on how to deal with attacks by Jawas. It shouldn't come as a surprise that the Tusken Raiders would play a major role in Obi-Wan Kenobi.

"Tatooine, a desert planet where farmers work hard under the heat of two suns. Meanwhile, they try to defend themselves and their loved ones from the marauders Tusken. A planet behind the edge of civilization. And a place where it would be unlikely to find a Jedi master, or an orphan child on whom the future of the entire galaxy weighs on its small shoulders," the rumor reveals.

We can only wonder what kind of role Obi-Wan will have in helping Tattoine's desert farmers in the upcoming series. Let's wait and see.

Obi-Wan Kenobi has yet to receive a release date but we'll update fans as soon as we get word.
