More than half of the 254 Magic: The Gathering cards from Modern Horizons have already been revealed, and today, Wizards of the Coast has unleashed four new ninja cards from the upcoming straight-to-Modern set: Phantom Ninja, Throatseeker, Ninja of the New Moon, and Moonblade Shinobi.

With these new ninja cards, it looks like the set will have a strong blue/black ninja archetype for Limited formats. The Ninjutsu mechanic, first introduced in the Kamigawa block, is returning in this set so it's exciting to see how these new ninjas will sneak into action once Modern Horizons comes out.

Modern Horizons will be released on June 14. Prerelease events will take place on June 8 and 9. The prerelease events will be Draft, not Sealed. Modern Horizons events on Magic Online start on June 6.
