New Character Posters for Disney’s Christopher Robin Feature Pooh and Friends

Disney is continuing to pump out live-action versions of their classic IP, and later this year we'll be seeing Winnie the Pooh and friends come to life in Christopher Robin. Some new character posters have been released for the film, and they feature Pooh and friends as well as the human characters of the movie.

Check them out:

I'll admit, the trailers have been looking a bit gray and drab for me, but it's nice to see Pooh and friends with a bit more color. Though this film seems to be aimed at children, I think the majority of the audience that the film is aiming for are the adults who had grown up watching Winnie the Pooh.

Though Ewan McGregor has recently been getting attention for people wanting him to reprise Obi-Wan Kenobi in a spinoff film, I guess fans will just have to do with Christopher Robin for now. The film looks like a fun romp, and I'm expecting a few tears from the audiences here and there when they finally catch the film.

In the heartwarming live action adventure Disney's "Christopher Robin," the young boy who shared countless adventures with his band of lovable stuffed animals in the Hundred Acre Wood is now grown up and living in London but he has lost his way. Now it is up to his childhood friends to venture into our world and help Christopher Robin rediscover the joys of family life, the value of friendship and to appreciate the simple pleasures in life once again.

Catch Christopher Robin in cinemas Aug. 3.
