South Korean actors Kim Yoon Seok and Yoon Kye Sang have been tapped to lead a new Netflix original series titled (literal translation) Alone in the Woods.
Two of the most sought-after actors in the industry have a long list of hit movies and series. But this time, they will work together in a new mystery thriller series on Netflix.

Kim Yoon Seok, Yoon Kye Sang To Lead Alone in the Woods
The Korea Times confirmed that Kim Yoon Seok and Yoon Kye Sang have been selected to play the lead roles in the new Netflix original series.
Titled, Alone in the Woods (literal translation), the series will explore the life of a small guesthouse owner and motel owner living in a different time period. The World of the Married director Mo Wan Il will helm the upcoming series n Il.
Yoon Kye Sang scored the Go Sang Joon role. He is a motel owner in the early 2000s who lost everything after an incident happened in his business.

Kim Yook Seok will play Jun Young Ha's role, the owner of a guesthouse located in a remote forest. He experiences chaos in life after a mysterious woman named Yoo Sung Ah visits his place.
Meanwhile, Go Min Si will also star in the series as Sung Ah, who is obsessed with Jun Young Ha's guesthouse. Lee Jung Eun will join the cast members list as the local police station chief.
Alone in the Forest's release date on Netflix is yet to be confirmed.
Kim Yoon Seok, Yoon Kye Sang's Careers
For Kim Yoon Seok's part, he initially started his career in theater before landing on minor roles in different series.
His biggest break came when he was chosen to play the villain role in the 2006 film, Tazza: The High Rollers. He also appeared in Running Turtle, Sea Fog, The Yellow Sea, 1987: When the Day Comes, The Priests, and The Classified File, to name a few.
Meanwhile, Yoon Kye Sang debuted as a member of g.o.d before leaving the group in 2004 to pursue an acting career. He appeared in several notable flicks, including My19 year Old Sister-in-Law, Who Are You?, Crazy for You, The Moonlight of Seoul, and The Executioner.
