Based on the award-winning webtoon penned by Kim Bo-tong, Kdrama D.P. is directed by the 2016 Baeksang Awards' Best New Director for the film Coin Locker Girl, Han Jun-hee. The series will star Jung Hae In as Ahn Jun Ho, a private officer newly recruited for the D.P. team, and Koo Kyo Hwan as Han Ho Yeol, the team leader of the squad.

The imminent Kdrama D.P. is scheduled to be released on August 27, 2021. It has a total of 6 episodes with each having approximately 50-60 minutes run time. All episodes are released at the same time.

The South Korean drama series D.P. stars a load of impressive actors that will absolutely blow everyone's minds with their outstanding acting skills.

Headlining the Kdrama is While You Were Sleeping and Something in the Rain actor Jung Hae In as Ahn Jun Ho. He is a quiet and calm soldier who is hired to be a part of the D.P. team that is tasked to track down deserters of the army.

Leading the new series, Jung Hae In will feature his flexibility as an actor through this new genre experience. Relatively, he previously starred opposite actress Chae Soo-bin in the Kdrama A Piece Of Your Mind. Jung Hae In will also showcase his acting skills with BLACKPINK member Jisoo in the Kdrama Snowdrop.

Alongside Jung Hae In is Peninsula and Kingdom: Ashin of the North actor Koo Kyo Hwan. The talented Escape from Mogadishu actor will portray the character of Corporal Han Ho Yeol.

Adding tension in the Kdrama is award-winning The Fiery Priest and Reply 1988 actor Kim Sung Kyun who will breathe life into the character of Sergeant Park Beom Goo.

In addition, the ones who will be decorating the imminent Kdrama D.P. as supporting characters are Son Seok-koo, UKISS Lee Jun Young, Hong Kyung, Cho Hyun-chul, and Shin Seung-ho.

The Kdrama D.P. revolves around the difficult mission of a team of soldiers to track down deserters, hence the title meaning Deserter Pursuit.

Private Ahn Jun Ho takes the lead as he was transferred to the D.P. team after being recognized by a senior officer for his impressive skills. How he handles and overcomes this new responsibility is a huge factor to have viewers anticipate the drama's upcoming release.
