Jeon Do Yeon and Ryu Jun Yeol will lead the forthcoming series as Boo Jung and Kang Jae, respectively. JTBC's 10th Anniversary Special Kdrama Lost is scheduled to premiere on September 4, 2021. The series will air on JTBC at 10:30 PM KST every Saturday and Sunday. International fans can also view the upcoming drama as it will also be available for online streaming on iQIYI.

Squid Game is an imminent Netflix series about people who participate in a mysterious survival game. The games involved are common Korean games played by them during childhood, except with a terrible and risky twist. Yumi's Cells is a cell-based psychological romance drama based on a webtoon about an ordinary office worker named Yumi. The imminent series tells the perspective of the protagonist's brain cells that control her thoughts, feelings, and movements. It is the first Korean drama in history to be produced using a new format that combines live-action and 3D animation, which further attracted many audiences from all over the globe.

Yumi's Cells will be led by Kim Go Eun and Ahn Bo Hyun with actors Lee Yu Bi and Park Ji Hyun. GOT7 Jinyoung will also appear in the series as well as a special cameo appearance from SHINee Minho.

Hometown is a mystery thriller set in a small rural town in 1999. The story centers around Choi Hyung In, a detective who chases and investigates a series of strange murder cases. 10 years ago, Jo Kyung Ho, a terrorist, returns to South Korea after studying in Japan and instigates an attack at a train station in his hometown that killed passengers. He turned himself to the authorities and was sentenced to life imprisonment.

It was an ill-fated connection as Choi Hyung In also lost his wife in the same terrorist attack that Jo Jung Hyun's brother took part in. As he investigates several murder cases that took place in the rural town, he starts to suspect that the cases could be related to the terrorists.
