The titular main character of the Naruto series was originally a mediocre ninja who failed to graduate from the Academy three times.
Moreover, Naruto initially had a tough time in the story when villagers of Konohagakure ridiculed him for being the jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Fox.
However, through his unwavering resolve and rigorous training, he swiftly elevated his abilities.
He even managed to beat formidable genin such as Kabuto Yakushi and Neji Hyuga.
Coming to his powers and abilities, his main power move against his opponents is the Rasengan.
It enables him to concentrate his chakra into a high-pressure, swiftly rotating sphere with immense destructive capabilities.
By infusing additional chakra, he can augment its size and attributes, making it even more dangerous.
Apart from Rasengan, Naruto’s Sage Mode is exemplary as it allows him to absorb nature's energy and enhance his jutsu and physical and sensory abilities.
With the potent Six Paths Sage Mode, an advanced iteration of this state, and the synergy with his Nine-Tailed Chakra form, Naruto reaches the pinnacle of his strength.

Luffy is the main protagonist of Eiichiro Oda’s epic saga, One Piece, and is considered one of the most powerful characters in the series.
His body gained rubber-like properties after consuming the Gomu Gomu fruit, which is a devil fruit.
Luffy’s formidable strength gets an additional boost through the mastery of Haki and his utilization of powerful Gears.
His boundless Haki embodies his willpower, empowering him to enhance his strength and resilience and assert dominance against his enemies.
Moving past his Haki, Luffy’s Gears are incredibly powerful, and he has access to five Gears.
With his recently awakened Gear 5, he can channel Nika’s essence, spreading joy and freedom.
Gear 5 allows Luffy to use creative cartoon-like attacks against his opponent.
Ichigo’s Powers and Abilities
From the seas of the pirates, we arrive at the mystical world of Bleach. Ichigo Kurosaki is the main character of Tite Kubo’s Bleach.
Ichigo is not only one of the strongest characters in the Bleach universe, but his powers encompass two facets – the Quincy and the Hollow.
Upon forging his true Zanpakuto called Zangetsu, Ichigo unlocked his complete potential.
Ichigo’s true power elevates his physical abilities to astounding levels, overpowering even the most formidable enemies.
His endurance and durability are exceptional, allowing him to endure fierce injuries during battles.
Ichigo’s swordplay is terrifying as he can obliterate the mightiest of structures effortlessly.
Moreover, he can unleash colossal energy slashes using his Spiritual Power.
When Ichigo disrupts his power balance through a surge, he unlocks his Hollow potential, assuming a Merged Hollow Form that vastly boosts his spiritual and physical prowess.
His true Bankai merges both blades into a larger one, amplifying his powers to unparalleled heights, though its full capabilities remain shrouded in mystery.
Naruto vs. Luffy vs. Ichigo: Who Is the Strongest?
All three of these characters are extremely powerful in their respective universes.
However, if they happen to battle against each other, I will put my money on Ichigo.
In the final arc of Bleach, Ichigo faces, by far the most formidable villain, Yhwach.
He not only beats Yhwach but ends up killing him toward the end of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War.
Naruto and Luffy, in my opinion, do not stand a chance against Ichigo, based on the final arc of Bleach.
Moreover, neither Naruto nor Luffy have faced a powerful enemy like Yhwach.
If Ichigo can take down Yhwach, it is highly likely he can also defeat Luffy and Naruto in a fight.
