Na In Woo revealed more details about his upcoming K-Drama, Jinx’s At First, ahead of the series’ premiere.
Jinx’s Lovers, an upcoming K-drama with the official English title Jinxed at First, is a 2022 fantasy romance drama about a poor, unlucky man who meets the goddess of fortune.
Seohyun plays Seul Bi’s role, a character who has a special ability to see the future of a person she touches. Meanwhile, Na In Woo scored Gong Soo Kwang’s role, a Seodong Market fish seller who has a special jinx.
Before its release, Na In Woo talked about his character and the reason why he chose to become part of the series.

Na In Woo Shares Why He Chose Jinx’s Lover
In a new interview before the release of Jinx’s Lover, Na In Woo expressed his gratitude to director Yoon Sang Ho, the showrunner of his upcoming drama.
Per the South Korean actor, the director said he was fit for the role as his bright nature is well-suited to Gong Soo Kwang’s character.

As for why he chose to star in the drama, he revealed that he had already seen its webtoon and found the storyline interesting.
“The original webtoon was interesting, and I thought [the cast and I] would have a fun time filming because the characters would be more specifically expressed in the drama,” he said. “The way each character acclimated to or confronted the shackles of fate stimulated my curiosity.”
Na In Woo Describes His Jinx’s Lover Character
Aside from picking the movie, Na In Woo also opened up about his character’s characteristics that won his heart.
Gong Soo Kwang has always been unlucky until he meets Seul Bi. For Na In Woo, the character has versatile charms despite having bad luck. It includes having various emotions while telling his story.
By playing the character, he reportedly felt how great a sincere person could be.
He went on to compare himself to Gong Soo Kwang, saying that they are somewhat similar by how they carry their own burdens without showing their emotions to people.
Na In Woo and Seohyun’s Jinx’s Lover will arrive on June 15, 9:50 p.m.
