Leading the charge to prevent Gigantomachia from reaching Shigaraki is Midnight (aka Nemuri Kayama).

Given that Gigantomachia must be prevented at all costs, her quirk might be the key to stopping him.

In case you need a refresher, Midnight’s quirk is called Somnambulist, which allows her to put opponents to sleep by exuding a sleep-inducing aroma from her skin.

But before she can get close to Gigantomachia to put him to sleep, the heroes didn’t notice that some of the villains are riding atop Gigantomachia.

Dabi attacks with his blue flame while Mr. Compress sends pieces of debris down on the heroes. Midnight is hit and injured severely by Mr. Compress’ attack.

While the Class 1-A heroes-in-training rush to her aid, she tells them to put Gigantomachia to sleep by having Momo Yaoyorozu create anesthetics and getting the monster to ingest it.

While the death of Midnight is not shown in My Hero Academia Season 6, the episode’s events all but confirm this major casualty of the Paranormal Liberation War.
