My Hero Academia Creator Breaks Silence After Manga Chapter 308 Delay


There is little doubt that fans have been patiently waiting for My Hero Academia Chapter 308 after it was delayed due to Kohei Horikoshi's health issues. Luckily, the latest chapter has finally been released and the manga's creator has broken his silence on the delay.

My Hero Academia Chapter 308 was originally set to be included in the April 4 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. However, Shueisha had previously released a statement confirming that the new chapter would be delayed due to Horikoshi's health issues.

Luckily, the wait for My Hero Academia Chapter 308 would only be delayed by a week. It was finally included in the April 11 issue of the magazine along with a message from Horikoshi apologizing to fans.

"I'm so sorry for last week! My body, mind and skills weren't cutting it! I'll come back stronger!" Horikoshi wrote in his author note for Chapter 308.

We certainly accept the apology because the latest chapter was truly amazing. Needless to say, we're glad that Horikoshi is back and feeling much better since last week.

Although the manga has been delayed by a full week, fans can rest assured that there is no shortage of new My Hero Academia content. The latest episode of the anime's Season 5 was released right on time. In addition to that, we're looking forward to the third My Hero Academia movie titled World Heroes' Mission.

The latest chapter of the manga was published in the April 11 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 3 is titled Clash! Class A vs. Class B! is now available on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
