Magic: The Gathering Pro League player Grzegorz 'Urlich' Kowalski has revealed a new white artifact-removal spell from the upcoming set War of the Spark. The card called Topple the Statue can also target non-artifact permanents but they will just be tapped instead of destroyed.
The card is the second act of War of the Spark story spotlight. Other revealed cards from Act 1 include Ignite the Beacon, No Escape, Emergence Zone, Dreadhorde Invasion, Ravnica at War, and God Pharaoh's Statue. It's interesting how some of the cards from War of the Spark represent some of the set's epic story moments.
As for the card's effect itself: Topple the Statue is playable in Limited and getting an extra draw with the effect ensures that this card is never dead.

War of the Spark will be released on May 3, 2019. Prerelease events will take place on April 27-28.
