Ms. Marvel Star Iman Vellani Has a Heartwarming Message to Fans After the Trailer Release


As the official trailer of Ms. Marvel dropped, the show already gained tons of support from the fans that are waiting for the debut of Kamala Khan in the MCU considering that her character has been one of the most requested to enter the franchise. The star of the show, Iman Vellani, has a heartwarming message to everyone who watched the teaser of the upcoming series.

On the official Twitter account of Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan, herself, Iman Vellani gave a message to everyone after the trailer of the upcoming series debuted. She literally wears the character with her bubbly personality and she thanks the fans for the support she is getting early on, "Hi, I'm Iman Vellani, and I play Ms. Marvel. And I would just like to thank everyone for watching the trailer.”

Vellani added that she is excited for everyone to finally get to know Kamala, “The response has been incredible and I'm very excited to finally have shared Kamala with the world. You know, she felt like my little secret for the longest time. And now, it's real. And it looks real. It's crazy. June 8th, it's going to be great."

The newest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe finally got her very own trailer as Ms. Marvel unveils the teaser for the show and everyone is excited to see what is in store for the 16-year-old Muslim Pakistani-American heroine from New Jersey. Big things await her as she would be teaming up with Captain Marvel in the upcoming sequel, The Marvels.

Iman Vellani will be portraying Ms. Marvel/ Kamala Khan and will be joined by Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Laith Naki, Azher Usman, Travina Springer, Nimra Bucha, and Laura Marsden. Reportedly, they would also be joined by Farhan Akhtar as well.

Ms. Marvel is scheduled for release on June 8, 2022, exclusively on Disney Plus.
