The appeal of the Victorian era in popular media is no secret, and Moriarty the Patriot makes an intriguing tale out of its familiar plots and aesthetics. The shonen mystery show follows William Moriarty, Sherlock Holmes' future nemesis, who, alongside his brothers, Albert and Louis, is determined to change Victorian England's rigid class system hierarchy - and he's not afraid to get blood in his hands to achieve this.

Warning: Expect spoilers ahead. If you haven't watched Moriarty the Patriot Part 2 Episode 6, you might want to do so before proceeding.

In Moriarty, the Patriot Part 2 Episode 6 - which you might also see as Episode 17 if you consider both parts as one long season - a doctor is framed as Jack the Ripper. After the revelation of the previous episode, however, this will not do. Mycroft hopes that the Lord of Crime can help the doctor, so he contacts Albert. Arterton does everything in his power to prove the doctor guilty, while Bonde manages to infiltrate the prison.

Sherlock is torn between his wish to find out more about the Lord of Crime and his desire to help the doctor. After several misadventures, the doctor is freed, to Holmes' relief, though the methods used by the Lord of Crime leave him troubled.

Moriarty the Patriot Part 2 Episode 7, titled "The Merchant of London" will be released on Sunday the 16th of May for premium Funimation users. If you're streaming Funimation shows for free, you'll have to wait a week, so the episode will become available to you on the 23rd of May. But don't worry! In that case, you'll be able to watch Episode 6 on May 16.

Moriarty the Patriot Part 2 Episode 7 is going to air at around 10.30 PM JST on the 16th of May. If this timeline remains correct, Episode 7 will be available on Funimation around an hour later. Therefore, Episode 7 will air in different time zones at, or around the following times:
