Throughout Moon Knight, Steven Grant and Marc Spector has been revealed to share one body with two different personalities on both ends of the line and for those who read the comics, they know that he had more than two in existence. Finally, in Episode 3, The Friendly Type, it is revealed that there is another one, the third, and this time, he is much more complicated.

Moon Knight Episode 3 Reveals There is Another Personality of Steven and Marc
Marc Spector and Steven Grant are two different personalities sharing the same body and while things are extremely complicated with the two of them, how maddening it would be to know that there is another one and possibly even more? Did Khonshu really intend to get a man so broken or is it something he sees as an advantage?
In Egypt, Arthur Harrow finally learned about the location of Ammit’s tomb using the scarab and orders his people to dig until it is full out in the open. The scene jumps to Marc in a chase with Harrow’s people and Steven convinces him not to kill. However, as they both blacked out, to their surprise, the three men are already dead.
Much to the strangeness of the scene, Marc asks what Steven did and he swore he wasn’t the one who did it. Steven, more often than not, tells the truth. With Marc purporting that it is Steven who did it and with Steven denying what just happened, both are in disbelief as there may be another personality that both of them aren’t aware of, and this one, it’s much more brutal than Marc.

In the credits of the show, it was even hinted that he would be having another persona given his three faces on his credit. It is possibly Jake Lockley, one of the identities that Marc Spector and Steven Grant share a body with. Lockley is the exact opposite of Steven, a cool guy, street smart, nothing like Steven’s awkwardness which could suggest that maybe, his personalities are not borne out of a dissociative identity disorder but something else.
