Jeon Jong Seo’s Career

Jeon Jong Seo tried her luck when she attended her first-ever acting audition in August 2017. At that time, she auditioned for a role in Lee Chang Dong’s flick, Burning.

Despite being a rookie actress, she landed the lead role. Initially, she could not believe it as she scored the role only days after signing a contract with her management agency.

On the other hand, the director told The Hollywood Reporter that she cast her due to her “childlike sense of innocence” and “sense of duality.”

Jeon Jong Seo then starred in more films and web series, including The Call, Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon, Nothing Serious, and Ransom. She famously played Tokyo’s role in the South Korean adaptation of Money Heist, titled Money Heist Korea — Joint Economic Area.
