Is Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 the Final Season?
As of writing, the producers have not yet revealed whether Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 will be the anime's final season.
While it has not been confirmed, we presume Season 3 will be the final season due to how the remaining chapters of the Mob Psycho 100 manga will be adapted.
It's been five years since the end of the Mob Psycho 100 manga. Its first run began in 2012, and they have since released 16 manga volumes. ONE, its creator, has never revived the series as of writing.
Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 9 in the anime ended in Chapter 99, leaving two more chapters for the anime to adapt, as the manga ends in Chapter 101.
The climax of Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 begins with Tsubomi Akane's transfer from Seasoning City to attend a new school.
After learning this information from his teacher, Mob musters all of his courage to confess to his childhood friend, while consulting his friends about what to do.
Mob's consciousness and physical body, however, are taken over by ??? following an unexpected incident.
It is up to Reigen and the others to stop Mob and restore him to his original state so that he can confess to Tsubomi in the park where they used to play a lot as kids.

Will There Be a Mob Psycho 100 Season 4?
While it has not been confirmed, we presume that Mob Psycho 100 Season 4 will not be greenlit in the near future.
Season 4 has a very slim chance of happening because the anime has set Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 as the final season that will adapt the manga until the end.
With no more material to cover, Mob and Reigen’s adventure in Seasoning City will come to an end.
However, we do not rule out the possibility that the producers will create an original story to continue Mob Psycho 100.
There's also the possibility that the producers will adapt the Mob Psycho 100 spinoff, which will star Reigen Arataka instead of Mob.
Given its length, if the spinoff gets adapted, it will most likely be an OVA or a special.

When Will Mob Psycho 100 Season 4 Be Released?
Because the anime has established Season 3 as the final season, the release of Mob Psycho 100 Season 4 is unlikely as of the moment.
However, we believe that anime fans, particularly Mob Psycho 100 fans, should be on the lookout for announcements about a Mob Psycho 100 special, OVA, or movie at this time.
