The K-Drama Doctor Slump teaches us a lot of things about finding our happiness and being true to ourselves. It also teaches us to be wary of people pretending to be our friends, like Min Kyung-min from Doctor Slump.
So who is Kyung-min and what is his relationship with the two lead characters in the series? Here's what you should know.

Who is Min Kyung-min in Doctor Slump? What is His Relationship With Jeong-woo?
When we first meet Min Kyung-min (played by Oh Dong-min) in Doctor Slump, we praised him for staying by Yeo Jeong-woo's (played by Park Hyung-sik) side during a difficult ordeal.
He seemed to be a loyal friend to Jeong-woo, despite his rocky relationship with Nam Ha-neul (played by Park Shin-hye).
Kyung-min is also a doctor who works at the same hospital as Ha-neul. In fact, he is the only one who gives her a chance when she chooses to pursue her medical residency.
His relationship with Jeong-woo, however, has always been steadfast. Since Jeong-woo's parents were not around, he found comfort in having Kyung-min by his side. Because of this, the two became close like brothers.
So when Jeong-woo faced a medical trial, Kyung-min proved himself to be loyal and stayed by his friend's side. Unfortunately, he also advised Jeong-woo not to fall in love with Ha-neul since he did not deserve to be happy at that time.
Jeong-woo decides to trust his friend, who seems to be looking out for his well-being.

Kyung-min's Relationship With Ha-neul Explained
After giving Ha-neul a shot in her residency, Kyung-min started to take advantage of her. He would take Ha-neul's dissertations and pass these off as his own.
On one occasion, Ha-neul overhears her direct senior badmouthing her to his colleagues.
This taught Ha-neul not to trust anyone again, which slowly fed her anxiety.
One day, Ha-neul decided to stand up for herself and the hard work that she did. She confronted Kyung-min about his actions before resigning from her job at the hospital.
Several episodes later, we see that Ha-neul has become better and ready to confront her past. When she visits her psychiatrist, she spots Kyung-min's photo in a volunteer medical program that was sponsored by Haesung Pharmaceuticals.
This bothered Ha-neul since Kyung-min was now the director of the company. With the help of a medical reporter, she discovered that Kyung-min was trying to manipulate stock prices with a new pain relief drug that Kyung-min was working on.
Ha-neul also discovered that Kyung-min had contacts with a Macau gangster mob, which was connected to the client killed in Jeong-woo's surgery.
Adding to that, Jeong-woo had already told her about a past incident where Kyung-min drugged him. Although the incident landed him in the ER, Jeong-woo did not have any proof of the previous night.
In episode 12, Ha-neul confronted Kyung-min and the two got in a car accident.

Who Plays Min Kyung-min in Doctor Slump?
Oh Dong-min is the actor behind the role of Kyung-min.
In real life, Dong-min has grown up in various countries since his parents were diplomats. He studied public administration since his parents wanted him to follow in their footsteps.
But after joining his school's drama club, he became interested in acting.
You may have seen him from his other K-Dramas like Weak Hero Class 1, Hospital Playlist, Doctor Detective, Kingdom, and many others. But it was the 2017 feature film, How to Breathe Underwater, that got him his lucky break.
