Mental Coach Jegal Episode 7 Recap

Lee Moo Kyeol suffers anxiety due to his yips during the team selection competition, leading him to almost drown in the pool. Park Ji Su also quits the short-track speed skating team, allowing Cha Ga Eul and other athletes to compete in the Olympics.

The new episode starts with Cha Ga Eul coming to the No Medal Club to ask for Jegal Gil's help for the first time. As she starts her consultation, she receives a journal from the mental coach to help her in her everyday life.

Because of what happened, Jegal Gil and the No Medal Club started planning to take down Coach Oh Dal Sung for good.

Meanwhile, Cha Moo Tae still thinks of what their mother, Shim Bok Ja, said about not saying anything when she saw the coach beating her daughter. Per the matriarch, he cannot do anything as Cha Ga Eul's future depends on Oh Dal Sung. Goo Tae Man tries luring him to a job again, but he refused again.
