Mental Coach Jegal is an ongoing sports drama that explores the life of a national athlete who quits sports and starts focusing on helping other athletes with their mental health issues. It features Jung Woo, who plays the titular role of Jegal Gil.

Mental Coach Jegal Episode 10 Recap
Mental Coach Jegal episode 10 starts with the last part of the archery team's training camp — the bungee jump. During his turn, Lee Moo Kyeol confesses to Cha Ga Eul, leaving her speechless. Cha Ga Eul, meanwhile, has second thoughts about whether she should jump or not. She ends up not jumping because she feels too scared.
Upon arrival at the training center, Lee Moo Kyeol asks her if they are back together. However, Cha Ga Eul rejects him because she is reportedly no longer sure.
She opens up to Oh Sun Ah, saying she does not know what she wants these days. Park Seung Ha, meanwhile, warns Jegal Gil that the speed skater likes him, but he finds it absurd.
Goo Tae Man, on the other hand, talks to assemblyman Park Seung Tae regarding his plans with K-One.
The short-track speed skating team is shocked as Coach Oh Dal Sung returns to the team despite the issues he has been through. It turns out that the coach is the only one who applied for the job posting. They also learn that Goo Tae Man is now the head of the Skating Union's Management Committee.

With that, Jegal Gil meets the No Medal Team again to plan how to get rid of the two again. Cha Moo Tae, who agreed to work with Goo Tae Man in exchange for getting rid of Coach Oh Dal Sung, questions his recent decision to bring back the coach.
He assures him to fire Coach Oh Dal Sung whenever he wants as he got Cha Ga Eul's back.
As Cha Ga Eul continues to improve, the team starts thinking about whether something is going on between her and the coach, like what the rumors suggested before.
No Medal Team starts its plan to get rid of Goo Tae Man and Oh Dal Sung. The coach also tries to make Cha Ga Eul and Oh Sun Ah become pacemakers to each other, but both refuse.
During the short-track speed skating team selection, an accident happens after Han Yeo Woon and Cha Ga Eul bump into each other. Coach Oh Dal Sung tries hitting Oh Sun Ah, but Cha Ga Eul stops him.
Jegal Gil appears and hits him, issuing him a warning not to hurt the athletes anymore. Cha Ga Eul then tells the mental coach that she loves him.
