Meghan Markle Reportedly Said Kate Middleton Had' Baby Brain'
In Prince Harry's memoir, he wrote about an encounter between the Duchess of Sussex and the Princess of Wales in the run-up to his big day in May 2018. Prince Harry claimed that Markle told Middleton the latter must have had "baby brain", and it didn't sit well with the Waleses.
"In the book Harry says that there was a discussion about the timing of the wedding rehearsal and the flower girl dresses and Kate was very upset," a well-placed source told Daily Mail. "Meghan said that Kate must have 'baby brain' because of her hormones."
"It caused a huge row because Meghan was told that she wasn't close enough to her sister-in-law to discuss her hormones and it wasn't the way people spoke to each other within the Royal Family. The book makes clear that Meghan felt the fall-out wasn't her fault, but it doesn't exactly make her look very good either."
Meghan Markle Got Offended After Being Reprimanded For Insulting Kate Middleton?
Markle was reportedly reprimanded for her comment about her sister-in-law. However, she was reportedly offended about it.

What Did Meghan Markle Say About Her Encounter With Kate Middleton Pre-Royal Wedding
Markle spoke about her falling out with Middleton in the run-up to her and Prince Harry's royal wedding during her and Prince Harry's interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. She denied the reports that she made Middleton cry, noting that "the reverse happened."
"It made me cry and it really hurt my feelings. It was a really hard week of the wedding and she was upset about something but she owned it and she apologized," Markle said at the time.
Markle doubled down on her claim that she didn't make Middleton cry and seemingly blamed the palace for not defending her.
"There wasn't a confrontation, and I actually think it's...I don't think it's fair to her to get into the details of that because she apologized and I've forgiven her," Meghan continued. "What was hard to get over was being blamed for something that not only I didn't do but that happened to me and the people that were a part of my wedding going to my comms team, saying, 'I know this didn't happen. I don't have to tell them what actually happened, but I can at least go on the record saying she didn't make her cry.'"
