Prince Harry could still attend King Charles' coronation. However, he might show up without his wife, Meghan Markle, according to a report.

Will Prince Harry Attend King Charles' Coronation?

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been at odds with the royal family. Thus, their attendance at the coronation of the new king has remained a hot topic of discussion.

One outlet claimed Prince William's brother might show up sans Markle. Royal insiders told Daily Mail that he could make a 48-hour visit to the United Kingdom while Markle would stay home to be with their children.

The event will fall on the same day as their son Archie's 4th birthday. With Markle at home, she could celebrate their child's special day.

The report about Prince Harry possibly attending his father's coronation came after His Majesty reportedly asked for the Archbishop of Canterbury's help to have the Sussexes at his coronation. According to a previous report, King Charles was convinced that their absence would make more noise than their presence.

The Sussexes haven't confirmed nor denied their attendance at the event. So, one should take the report with a grain of salt.

Should Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Attend King Charles' Coronation After Spare?

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had made several statements against the royal family. Prince Harry's book Spare was considered their latest attack against the members of the firm.

Queen Elizabeth's former aide, Dr. Gavin Ashenden, believed it would be best if the Sussexes were not present at King Charles' special day because, for him, they can't be trusted.

"I'm flabbergasted that anybody thinks any good can come out of this. I'm not flabbergasted in the sense that the Archbishop presents himself as having great skills in this area, but I think I'm with William," he said on GB News, noting that he's with Prince William about the Sussexes' attendance at King Charles' coronation. A previous report claimed that the Prince of Wales didn't want to invite the Sussexes to the event.

"I don't think Harry can be trusted not to pull off some kind of stunt. After all, he and Meghan depend entirely on publicity," he explained.

"And I think before they will be capable of being invited to such a public space they should show that they've become trustworthy and I don't think there's the time or the opportunity to do that."
