Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were accused of attacking Kate Middleton and Prince William in the Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan. Things aren't that bad in the documentary, but there are rumors that the Duke of Sussex is after them in his book, Spare.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Want The Throne Meant For Prince William And Kate Middleton?
American journalist and commentator Kinsey Schofield weighed in on how things are between the Sussexes and the Waleses. In her take, Prince Harry and Markle are jealous of Prince William and Middleton.
"I believe that Harry and Meghan are bitterly jealous of the Prince and Princess of Wales," Schofield told Express.
The R Is For Revenge Dress author also mentioned how Prince Harry showed his eagerness to take the throne. Even his late mother, Princess Diana, said, "he wanted to be King."
Schofield wasn't the only person who claimed that Prince Harry wanted to be king. British journalist Jeremy Paxman shared a conversation with Princess Diana where the latter shared how Prince William was reluctant to be king and how his younger brother was willing to take his place.
"About a year before she died, her secretary rang me up and asked me to lunch. I’ve no idea why. She was stunningly glamorous, as you can imagine," Paxman said, Mirror reported.
"We talked about our children, and she said William often told her that he didn’t really want to be king, and then Harry would say, ‘If you don’t want the job I’ll have it!'"

Prince William And Kate Middleton Have Other Concerns About Meghan Markle
The Sussexes are allegedly jealous of the Cambridges. However, the future king and queen have a different issue regarding the former actress — their values.
"William and Catherine's issues with Meghan had nothing to do with jealousy. Their values were just dramatically different than Meghan Markle's," the expert continued.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Popularity Are Reportedly Derived From Their Position Within The Firm
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been criticizing the monarchy. In a teaser for Prince Harry's upcoming interview with ITV, he mentioned that he wanted a "family," not an "institution."
However, Schofield believed that they were wrong to attack the institution. The royal expert believed the Sussexes failed to acknowledge how their position in the royal family influenced their popularity.

"People weren't lining up in the streets to meet Meghan Markle from Suits. They wanted to meet Prince Harry's girlfriend and wife," the royal expert added.
"[Meghan and Harry] failed to acknowledge that the public loved them thanks to a platform that the institution gave the both of them."
