MCU Timeline: Which happened first, Loki or Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania?

Loki definitely happened first! The events of Loki showed when the sacred timeline branched out into various alternate realities when He Who Remains, the founder of the Time Variance Authority and the keeper of the scared timeline, was killed by Sylvie.

After Loki, more various timelines are explored in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness which further revealed the aftermath of the alternate timelines branching out when there is no one to control it.

In Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, there is already an existence of alternate timelines thriving with the existence of the thousand versions of Kang in the post-credits scene. While time and space works different in the Quantum Realm, Kang The Conqueror could only have branched out when the sacred timeline was broken.

Approximately, the events of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania happened after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever because in the sequel of Black Panther, the book launching of the memoir of Scott Lang, Look Out For The Little Guy!, is advertised on screen.

Speaking of Look Out For The Little Guy!, Lang personally mentioned that years already passed since they defeated Thanos in Endgame which puts Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania's events around 2025.

This approximation is also supported by Peyton Reed's comment in an interview with Nerdbunker, Reed revealed that in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, Cassie is around 18 years old where she is presumably around 15 to 16 years old in Endgame.

Cassie Lang in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania should actually be 18 years old because she got imprisoned in the movie, right? She's already in the legal age to be treated so.

To conclude, Loki happened first before everything in that relates to the Multiverse Saga and Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania is just the beginning of everyone's terror as Kang and his variants are about to wreak havoc in the multiverse.

Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania is now in theaters worldwide.
