The analyst group recently revealed the best-selling games for November 28; while Red Dead Redemption 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 dominated the market, Insomniac's Spider-Man Playstation 4 exclusive also left a mark.
According to NPD's Mat Piscatella, Spider-Man has become the fastest-selling superhero game of all time, surpassing other popular superhero games like the Batman Arkham trilogy.
The special $199 Black Friday 1TB PlayStation 4 Slim console bundle that included the game helped push the sales, and the game also became the best-selling PlayStation 4 exclusive in the UK.
According to the NPD, here are the top 20 best-selling games for the month:
