We're just 24 hours away from witnessing the famed Zack Snyder cut of Justice League and the early reviews are already calling it a superhero film masterpiece. It may come as a surprise to some people but the response to the film has been generally positive and a lot of fans and critics were delighted to see how Snyder made true to his promise that it will be an entirely different project that has no traces of the controversial theatrical cut from 2017.
Apparently, even Marvel's very own Rob Liefeld genuinely enjoyed the 4-hour DCEU film, and according to the comic book icon who's responsible for co-creating one of Marvel's most iconic characters Deadpool, the Snyder Cut runtime left him wanting more. Taking to his official Twitter account, Liefeld praised the film's direction and stunning photography.
He even went as far as saying that the final act of the film is "the BEST Superhero Action on Film". Now, that's quite the endorsement coming from a legend like him. Check out his reaction below:
I gotta say, the idea that we'll finally get to see Zack Snyder's true Justice League film still gives me chills. I've been part of the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement for over three years now and it's quite overwhelming thinking that it's all happening now when people have always believed that the project was nothing more but a myth. I haven't even seen the film yet myself but I already have a feeling that it'll remove the awful taste Joss Whedon's "canon" cut left in my mouth.
Zack Snyder's Justice League hits HBO Max tomorrow, March 18.
