There's a new Cap in Marvel Future Fight. Technically, she's still his blood from an alternate-universe, but she's a new hero in the game nonetheless.
Marvel announced the addition of Sharon Rogers as Captain America. Sharon is the daughter of Agent Peggy Carter and Steve Rogers, who has tasked herself to take up the shield to fight.
Also joining Marvel Future Fight is Red Skull's own daughter Sin. It's shaping up to be a pretty nice fight of the bloodlines once the two new characters hit against each other in the new Event Stage.
This is highlighted by the fact that the history between Sin and Sharon also runs deep. Sharon Rogers battles against oppressors with the shield and an energy spear. On the other side of the arena is Sin, who has dedicated her life towards eliminating Captain America and making a name for herself as one of the strongest in Hydra's camp.
Check out Sharon's and Sin's moves in the trailer below. What's more, there will be six new variant uniforms in light of the Star-Spangled celebration, as per the official Marvel website:
"The Punisher who holds more respect for Cap than he does for any other person in the Marvel Universe, sports new duds, along with Agent 13 and Winter Soldier, two of the Sentinel of Liberty's closest compatriots. The most surprising addition, though, has to be the CapD.O.K. uniform for M.O.D.O.K. Apparently even supervillains have a soft spot for the Steve Rogers."
The Marvel Future Fight update is set to hit sometime later this week. Players can hopefully enjoy an even more memorable celebration of Captain America's 75th anniversary with the new characters for the game.
