Marvel Fans are Hoping Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Actor Joins MCU

Cameron Monaghan may have yet to appear in the live-action Star Wars film franchise, however, it seems like Star Wars fans hope that the actor who's lent his voice to Cal Kestis in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order might make his way over to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Taking to Reddit (via Showbiz Cheatsheet) fans have been busying themselves during the COVID-19 lockdown by fancasting a few fan-favorite Marvel characters. That includes Spider-Man characters, Harry and Norman Osborn.

While the two have yet to be introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel comic book readers know Norman Osborn as the Green Goblin, one of Spider-Man's archenemies. Harry is Peter Parker's best friend who finds himself blaming Spider-Man for the death of his father, eventually taking on the Green Goblin name.

Posting on Reddit, Marvel fans have begun fancasting Monaghan as Harry Osborn with Damian Lewis as the character's father, Norman Osborn.

Sure, we may have yet to see Monaghan play a live-action role in the Star Wars film universe, however, the actor seems to have a lot of fans who believe in his acting skills.

"His (Monaghan's) range is great. I'd love to see what he could do as Green Goblin. Heck I'd love to see what they both could do," one fan wrote on the social media site.

While a lot of Marvel fans seem to have a lot of faith in Monaghan's acting skills, we doubt that the Osborns might ever make their way into the MCU. After all, Sony still owns the rights to the Green Goblin characters.

Let's wait and see whether the Disney and Sony deal allows Harry and Norman Osborn into the MCU.
