She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Revelation: Mark Ruffalo Still Enthusiastic About Playing MCU’s Hulk After 10 Years

Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner, aka Hulk, had an eventful run throughout the Infinity Saga. Starting from beating Ultron to being brutally overthrown by The Mad Titan Thanos, Banner became the OG Avenger that could possibly lead the next roster of the Avengers in the next MCU phases.

However, for now, Banner would have to mentor first Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer Walters, the new female counterpart of Hulk, in the upcoming Disney+ series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

Mark Ruffalo Still Enjoys Playing The Incredible Hulk

Now that Banner is set to show the way to the new She-Hulk in town, Jennifer Walters' actress Tatiana Maslany noticed that Mark Ruffalo is nowhere near exhausted from playing The Incredible Hulk for over a decade. In an interview with Screenrant, Maslany recalled working with the Marvel veteran:

"I feel like what surprised me the most—but also didn't, just because I know he's such an incredible actor—was how much he comes to set with this sense of, "Everything is new." He just always seems to be exploring and experiencing it for the first time."

She added:

"There's never this sense of like, "Yeah, yeah. I've been doing this for 10 years, and I'm phoning it in." He's absolutely present. He's always stretching that character, and he's always listening. And he really creates this sense on set with other actors, and with the crew and everybody, of total play and spontaneity. And you know we're both in mo-cap suits. And yet, we felt like we were just like two kids playing."

Mark Ruffalo's MCU Future as Hulk in Phase 5 and Phase 6

Despite his fellow Avengers retiring from the mega-franchise, it seems Ruffalo is still having the time of his life playing Bruce Banner in the MCU. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ruffalo got a bit candid and might have accidentally spoiled his inclusion in the newly-confirmed Avengers: Secret Wars. See Ruffalo's full quote below:

"Well, it’s gonna be hard to top Endgame, but if I know Kevin and if I know Marvel, it’s gonna be pretty amazing. It’ll be a big bang, we’ll go out with a big bang."

For now, fans can catch Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, streaming on Disney+ on August 18.
